    Monro needs to own up on their mistakes. I have experienced such horrible service on my car which caused me to incur nearly $6000 (6 thousand) in repairs, undue duress, loss in benefit time at work, interest on my credit cards, numerous hours of personal time researching issues when all I wanted was my car fixed. My car did not have problems until going there and 6 trips later, my car ran worse. I had no issues prior to going to Monro other than I needed muffler clamps.     On Saturday Jan 22 I had my back brakes replaced, I paid and left. On my way home my front driver's side wheel came completely off. Your store sent a guy with a jack to put my tire back on. I think that's crazy because i was riding on the road with no tire and there was other damage to my truck other than the tire coming off causing me to wreck. Because of this my father had to pick me up an hour away and I had to make more arrangements for son to watched longer and had to pay more.     5 Second Street Towanda, PA May 24, 2010 I took my car into a Monro Muffler dealers in Wysox, PA on Saturday May 15, 2010 to have a bad brake rotor replaced or serviced. I stopped back about an hour later to get an estimate, and found the back wheels off. I didn’t want a thing done to the back wheels. I still don’t know why they had them off.
